Sublime Saturday

Ok, I just was looking for another word that started with an S. Sublime seems to fit well.

This morning I got to sit on the recliner with the boys and doze a little while Matt made coffee and breakfast. Yum. Then I was finally able to finish folding the laundry that I started 2 days ago. Who knew you could be so happy to fold laundry.

Here are some updates on previous posts:

To start with the teeth brushing, flossing and no milk with bed/nap time has been going beautifully. Thank goodness Jake is old enough to understand that it’s all the dentist’s idea…hehe. “The dentist said we have to brush teeth after we drink milk.” He is scheduled for the fillings to take place on April 19th.

I have written about my goals for this year starting with This year I would like WILL walk 550 miles. Well, so far I have walked 116.3 miles. Only 433.7 miles to go.

Secondly I want to read as many good books this year as I can. I have finished reading My Life in France by Julia Child which I can’t say enough good things about. I have stared reading The Girl who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest by Stieg Larsson. It has been sitting on my self for a few months and I have been patiently waiting to read it. The end of pregnancy/ postpartum hormones are just too much to read something with that kind of violence and such. Im just in the beginnings of it but am very curious to see how the story ends.

My last goal is to be in a size 14 dress for my brother’s wedding in June. I have started doing Weight Watchers once again to try to obtain that goal. Monday will be my weigh in day. We shall see how I did this first week. I am loving the revamp of the plan with Points Plus. It’s so nice to be able to consume lots of fruits and veggies without worrying about their points values. I will try to post Monday on my first week.
